Monday – Friday 6:00a – 9:00p
Saturday and Sunday 8:00a – 3:00p
Your first session will consist of your personal fitness assessment.
Be sure to wear appropriate athletic/workout attire to all of your personal training sessions and please remember to bring water and a towel.
Please be on time for your sessions!
In order for you to receive the best results possible we ask that you give 100% effort during your training sessions. Upon doing so, the quicker you will see results and on your way to reaching your set goals.
